When You Need Storm Cleanup?
Our Storm Cleanup Services
After a storm, we handle the whole job from the first dangerous limb to the last load of debris, across Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, and the NRV
- Fallen and downed tree removal. We safely remove trees that have come down on homes, garages, vehicles, fences, and driveways, working carefully to avoid further damage.
- Hanging limb and make-safe work. Broken limbs hung up in a tree are one of the biggest hazards after a storm. We remove them and make the area safe before anyone gets hurt.
- Storm debris and brush removal. We clear and haul away the branches, limbs, and brush a storm leaves behind, so your yard is not buried for weeks.
- 24/7 emergency response. Storms do not keep business hours. When a tree is threatening your home or blocking access, we respond as fast as we safely can, day or night.
Complete Tree Care for Your New River Valley Property
Stump Grinding
A leftover stump is a trip hazard, a magnet for pests, and an eyesore in the yard. Our stump grinding takes it down below ground level so you can replant, lay sod, or reclaim the space for good.
Tree Trimming & Pruning
The right cuts keep a tree strong, healthy, and clear of your roof and power lines. We remove dead, weak, and overhanging limbs without over-cutting, so your trees stay safe and keep growing.

Decades in the Woods, Not Just in the Yard
True Cut Tree is a locally owned, family-operated business serving Virginia’s New River Valley since 2021. It was founded by David Marrale, whose experience with trees did not start with a logo, it started in the forest.
David has felled timber by hand for the U.S. National Forest Service, worked draft horses to pull logs from terrain machines cannot reach, and built homes from the foundation up in residential construction. Storm-damaged trees are unpredictable, full of hidden tension and weight, and that is exactly where his hands-on experience matters most. We read how a damaged tree is going to move and clear it without making things worse.
